Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National Park western Uganda

After an early breakfast, one of our safari guides will pick you up from your place of stay or agreed on meeting point in Kampala by 7:00 am for a 6-7 hours drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will make a number of en-route stops, first being at the Equator to take some photographs and another at a good restaurant in Mbarara Town for lunch.

From Mbarara, you will continue to the stunning Queen Elizabeth National Park as you are astonished by the vast and lush tea plantations, spectacular scenery, the vast Savannah, the beautiful long-horned Ankole cattle, and many other beautiful attractions en-route and on arrival at the Park. Straightaway starts your game drive on arrival at the Park while heading to your place of stay.

Travel time: 6-7 hours.

Day 2: Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise.

Start day 2 with a cup of locally processed tea or coffee before embarking on a game drive along the Queen’s Mile plus the Kasenyi track. On Kasenyi track you will see topis, elephants, waterbucks, lions, buffaloes, Uganda Kobs plus warthogs in addition to several birds. Return for lunch and in the afternoon, enjoy a 2 hours boat ride on the Kazinga Channel where you will encounter Buffaloes, Elephants, Hippos, Uganda Kobs as well as warthogs. This 2-3 hours’ boat cruise will also give you an opportunity of spotting a plethora of bird species.

Day 3: Guided Nature walk and return to Kampala/Entebbe

Enjoy a hefty breakfast as you prepare for a guided nature walk rewarding views of animals not seen the previous days. Return to the lodge for check-out and return to Kampala/Entebbe. Have Lunch en-route at Igongo Cultural Center and arrive at your final destination in the evening.
